My journey to peace started as a child.
I struggled with anxiety and depression for years. I lived life as a passenger on an emotional roller coaster: constant worry and fear about the future; always waiting for the next shoe to drop; never being able to fully appreciate the good that was already in my life. However, through my Christian faith and spiritual disciplines, I finally found great freedom.
I desire the same for you!
My purpose is to help others find that freedom.
I have dedicated my life to the service of others, specifically those who struggle as I once did. My professional journey began in 2010 - first as a grief counselor and later in the school system with elementary students and teenagers. I now work with adolescents and adults struggling to cope with trauma, grief, and anxiety.
My clients and I work together in partnership.
Together we can unpack the barriers and habits that keep you stuck. My clients discover a therapist that is structured and research-oriented, but that also looks at each person individually. Together we will identify your strengths, and we’ll use those strengths to improve your mental health. I believe in treating you as an individual and partnering with you to help you achieve your mental health goals.
